What payment method can I use to make my purchase?
We offer the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express and Online Banking.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?
Yes, the data is transmitted via SSL encryption. For payments with credit and debit cards, you are required to enter the CVV (Card Verification Value), a code printed on the card that serves as a security measure during electronic commerce transactions.
What methods of shipping do you offer?
Shipping within the domestic of Thailand.
All orders are shipped via Kerry Express without shipping fee. We require an adult signature upon delivery. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow 5 business days to process your order for shipping in addition to the actual transit time, once shipped. Kerry Express ground generally can take from 1-5 business day depending on ship-to location. Orders are processed and delivery Monday through Friday excluding holidays. In general orders placed will be processed within one business day unless notified otherwise. Please note PHYA cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
PHYA insures each purchase from the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for purchased goods passes on to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, then you accept that evidence of the signature by them, or at that delivery address is evidence of delivery by PHYA and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Where can I find the status of my order?
You can find the status of your order in the Orders tab on the Account page. To visit your Account page, click on a shopping bag icon in the main navigation menu, you will see a link to the Account page in the Cart sidebar.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the track and trace data. The expected delivery time, as shown in the advertisement, is mentioned in ‘working days’, which means that weekends and national holidays should not be taken into account.
How do I return an order?
We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with our purchase for any reason, we will apply a full refund (minus shipping costs) once we receive the returned purchase. Refund will be applied only once we receive the returned purchase, and may only be issued in the same form as was utilised for payment. All items must be returned unused and packed same as received. If returns do not meet our policy we will not be able to make refund or exchange. Purchase will then be returned to you.
